Location: Prestwick Country Club in Avon
Course Set Up - individuals volunteering for Course Set Up should be active and able to lift items up to 40 pounds. Volunteers will help set up the course prior to the outing which includes placing hole & cart signage as well as setting up & stocking bars and tents. Post hours are 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Hole Witness - individuals volunteers for Hole Witness should be comfortable in the sun (although some shade is available). Volunteers will be seated at designated holes to serve as witness to special contests such as Hole in One and the Putting Challenge. Volunteers can split shifts, if needed. Post hours are Noon to 4:30 p.m.
Course Tear Down - individuals volunteering for Course Tear Down should be active and able to life items up to 40 pounds. Volunteers will help tear down the course after play is complete which includes picking up hole & cart signage as well as tearing down and returning bar tents and products to the club house. Post hours are 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Location: O'Charley's Restaurant (Emerson & Southport Road)
Restaurant Staff - individuals volunteering for Restaurant Staff should be comfortable on their feet and enjoy interacting with people. Volunteers will help seat people (host/hostess), refill coffee & beverages, bus tables, roll silverware and other misc. tasks as needed. Post hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and may be split (partial shifts)
Ride Registration - individuals volunteering for Ride Registration should be comfortable handling paperwork and money. Volunteers will assist (motorcycle) riders register for the Ride out of Indianapolis Southside Harley Davidson at Southport & Emerson Ave. Volunteers will distribute & collect waiver forms, accept registration payment and help distribute ride merchandise (ie t-shirts, bracelets etc..). Post hours are 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

Location: The Atrium Banquet Hall (Thompson & McFarland Road)
Event Set Up - individuals volunteering for Event Set Up will assist the planning committee with event set up, including but not limited to auction table preparation, centerpiece placements, registration set up and other as needed tasks. Post hours are 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration/Check In - individuals volunteering for Registration/Check In should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Volunteers will assist with checking people into dinner/dance event, providing seating instructions and distributing any relevant information (if applicable). Dress code for the event is business casual or "holiday attire". Post hours are 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Auction Check Out - individuals volunteering for Auction Check Out should be comfortable on their feet, in a fast-paced environment. Volunteers will assist guests with payment & collection of auction items. Post hours are 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
